Pathetic
Exceptionally high fitting charges which is not included in bill, i.e. cash income
No available stock even if ordered over call (money money money)
Careless owner with no humility or concern of time of the customer.
The owner knows how to grip a customer, so tyres are opened before the stock is available so the customer is clutched.
Unprofessional tyre fitting where fitters fit with legs without using tools by standing on the rim (fitter must be weighing 85+ kgs).
