An absolute nightmare and a safety hazard. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for a routine wheel alignment and ended up trapped there for 5 hours. The lack of efficiency is bad enough, but the lack of professionalism is dangerous—one of the staff members handling vehicles was clearly drunk. On top of that, they failed to provide a correct, itemized bill at the end. Operating a vehicle service center like this is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Save your time, money, and sanity, and go somewhere else.
