One of the worst tyre service experiences I have ever had!
On my first visit, I was made to wait nearly five hours for a tyre. Today, I returned for wheel balancing, only to find that the staff carried out the balancing without even removing the stones stuck in the tyre tread.
When I questioned this, instead of listening to my concern or checking the work, the staff member started arguing with me and insisted, “This is how we do it.”
Is this the standard of service customers are expected to accept? Making customers wait for hours is bad enough, but dismissing their concerns and arguing with them is completely unacceptable.
Extremely poor customer service, careless workmanship, and an arrogant attitude. I have lost confidence in this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone who values their time, money, or vehicle.
