I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing tyres from Balaji tyers from JC road. My experience has not been satisfactory, especially when it comes to warranty and product registration. Despite the fact that Continental tyres come with warranty based on online registration (bill is not mandatory once registered), the store follows its own set of rules. Each time I purchased tyres from them (this has happened three times), the registration was either delayed or done incorrectly — sometimes the wrong mobile number, sometimes spelling errors, or registered under someone else’s name. When issues arise later, they make you wait for weeks, leaving your vehicle unused, eventually pushing you to buy new tyres again. Overall, it feels like the priority here is to sell new tyres rather than provide proper post-purchase support. Also, be aware that many of the positive reviews seem influenced or sponsored, so please consider checking experiences from genuine customers as well. This is based on repeated personal experience and is meant to help others make an informed decision.

Excellent Service by Sree Balaji Tyres, JC Road I recently purchased a tubeless tyre from Sree Balaji Tyres, JC Road on 27th September 2025. On the night of 6th October, my back tyre seemed punctured, so I took it to a puncture shop the next morning. The technician informed me that it wasn’t a tubeless tyre as expected. I immediately contacted Mr. Sreenivas (Owner) of Sree Balaji Tyres and explained the issue. He asked me to bring the tyre to the shop for inspection. Upon checking, they promptly verified the tyre and replaced it with a brand-new CEAT tyre manufactured in September 2025. I truly appreciate the quick response, honesty, and excellent customer service provided by Mr. Sreenivas and his team. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Sree Balaji Tyres – 5 Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
