Very expensive! And wrongly diagnosed issue and made me spend without the problem being fixed . As an automotive engineer myself would never recommend or would never myself visit this garage again.

The Worst Body Shop! Painters n tinkers dnt evn hv an idea of what they do its jus like (tic tac toe) with ur car. First they quote n show u a penguin but at the end please expect a whale! Not at all recommended ! Just an overatted garage! Experienced blind painters ! Vehicle left for ( just bumper paint/repair)

Got a reference contact from someone. So, I just called to check if there’s a part availability. This triggered the guy and started explaining to me you need to come to identify the issue and just on call cannot tell which part is available or not. The simple answer could’ve been yes/no. They just lost a lifetime customer.

Dear United Motors Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my frustration with the recent service experience at United Motors. I had scheduled a car service .But unfortunately, the appointment was not attended as promised. Additionally, there were delays in service with no clear communication, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls were not answered. This lack of responsiveness and commitment has caused significant inconvenience, as I had planned my schedule around this service. I expected timely and professional service, along with clear communication, as part of the United Motors experience.

Got my TATA Tiago service done. Very well done. Experienced service staff. All queries resolved. Additional efforts made by staff to fix this that are necessary for a long life of the car

Disappointed with the service, price was high. I got my Ritz car serviced and couple of parts were lost. Water inlet cover and car jack were missing when I checked. Please check everything 2-3 times before leaving. These guys can't be trusted.
