Very worst shop. Very bad behaviour. Owner not in polite. I am not preferring this shop. They are cheating actually only with bane

I used to Purchase tyre in this shop only y because @2021 Feb I purchased Continental tyre from in this shop and now 2024 Dec I drive 85000 kms in this tyre.now again I purchased. So they provide quality tyre and price was in market price.

I purchased 4 alloy wheels from this store three months ago. After a recent accident, two of the alloys were broken. When I tried to arrange replacements, the store delayed for 2-3 weeks. Eventually, I was told in person that the alloys were not available and could not be arranged in the future. This major tyre store in Chennai has no replacement alloys and could not provide this response over the phone or WhatsApp. I had to wait all this while only to find out at the store that it wasn't available.
When asked for an alternative, they had no solution either. This store might have a famous name but it lacks knowledge of tyres or alloys. I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this store. Totally disappointed.
