Extremely disappointed with the service at Sri Rama Tyres. I purchased a set of tyres here, and within just 20 days, one of them broke. Since it was under a one-year warranty, I returned it for a replacement. I was made to run around for 1.5 months with the same excuse: 'We raised the request, it’s up to the company, nothing is in our hands.' However, after repeated visits, the moment we lost our patience and got serious with the owner, the tyre was miraculously replaced within one day. It makes me wonder why they delayed it for weeks if it could be solved that quickly. Additionally, the female staff member there is very unprofessional. She is rude, lacks the patience to listen to customer grievances, and acts more like the boss than the owner does. Her attitude alone is enough to drive customers away. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value after-sales service or respect.
