Absolutely terrible experience with this garage. I had gone to them because of their positive reviews, but honestly, I can’t understand how anyone can trust them with their car. The behavior was completely unprofessional, and the service pathetic. For something as straightforward as a mirror replacement, fender replacement, and bumper paint, they unnecessarily kept my car for over 10 days. Even after that long delay, when I went to pick it up, the newly installed mirror wasn’t even painted in the car’s color. Instead of taking responsibility, the guy shamelessly asked for two more days to fix their own mistake. On top of that, they tried to scam me by adding random charges. They included washing charges without my approval and even billed me for made-up consumables that didn’t apply to my case at all. Clearly, they look for excuses to inflate the bill. This is hands down one of the most untrustworthy garages I’ve ever come across. If this is how they treat regular repairs, I can’t imagine how people hand over their premium cars here. I wouldn’t go back to them even in the worst-case scenario.
