This is the second time I’ve experienced a puncture immediately after getting my tyres refilled with nitrogen here, which has made me seriously question the quality of the service. To make matters worse, my tyre has been flat for the last two days. Despite repeatedly requesting doorstep assistance, I’ve been told every time that they’re short-staffed. I’ve followed up continuously over the past two days, but no one has turned up. Instead, I’ve just been kept waiting with repeated assurances. At this point, I genuinely find myself questioning their intent and commitment towards customer service. Delays can happen, but making customers chase you for days without any resolution is simply unacceptable.

Sunil is the manager here, and he educated me on why I should buy Continental tyres. I had no intention to buy Continental. But he told me that these have silica and hence they are nice and soft. They have two years unconditional warranty and five years manufacturing warranty. I don’t think any other Tyre gives and has such confidence. Coincidently, I also met Miss Vaishnavi From Continental tyres head office who happens to be the City Head. I definitely recommend anyone coming here at Balaji tyres to buy Continental.
