Third-class service and a completely unprofessional approach.
I handed over my car for an entire day, only to be informed in the evening that the tyre had not arrived and that I would have to wait further.
What is most disappointing is the way the owner and staff behaved. Once a service commitment is confirmed, the customer expects proper communication, transparency, and accountability—not excuses at the end of the day.
Extremely disappointing experience. Pathetic service, poor coordination, and unacceptable customer handling.

Worst experience after buying Michelin brand tyre, three times they opened the tyre but still not able to fix
