I have ordered two car tyre through Amazon, delivery boy came with a bike tyre , i refused to accept the delivery. On invoice, name of this firm mentioned, i contacted the properitor, he accept this incident. I had written to amazon team also and got refund too, but properitor reply was not satisfactory.
