Worst Customer Experience. Recently I bought a new tyres ( jk brand ) for my car , and purchased 4 tyres . 👉 I observed some sound from back tyre from 5 days and I shown it to mechanic , he said tyre was low grade and bubble came on tyre, he said it was the manufacturing defect . 👉 Immediately I went to the showroom and given the tyre to claim warranty. 👉 They taken my tyre and asked to come after 3 days, they said I will get a message on tyre submitted date but not recieved from the past 8 days. 👉 Owner not answering the calls 👉 My brother went to shop and asked , they said they will do it on Monday. But no msg came on Monday . 👉 I search his number on Google and contacted him afternoon 12PM . He said iam not atvthe store come at evening . 👉 I requested him to do it now .then he said " come at 3 pm." 👉 I went on 2.30PM . Then I got a msg that they received the complaint from me. Actual complaint date was 4th but they raised complaint date was 11th. 👉 Charged extra 300rs for labour charge . Actual charge was 200rs. 👉 I said if the service was given in prompt time no one discuss about the money. 👉 Then he rudely said that they are not having labour to change the tyre. ""Without having labour he was running the tyres shop with the brands "" 1. Bridgestone. 2. Continental 3. Yokohama 4. Jk Over all my suggestion was 1. No proper response to customers. 2. Rude talking with customers. 3. Quality of material may not trust. 4. Owner behaviour was very rude.
